No working life balance, no work culture. You are forced to work for 14 hours a day even if you are wfh employee. Often clients of western countries call you at 2:00 to 3:00AM IST. Some of your seniors who are sent to abroad force you to on camera and present which is difficult as per Indian mid night time. They say weekend off however like kids you get home works.

I was working for BPM. Where you will be disappointing with appraisal. Very complex HR support might help while you want explore job within BPM. You love the campus area.

For US shift employees it would be disappointing with facilities like gym which not operate in night swimming pool- which is only for day shift employees IT support- you suppose to connect them in day time Shift Allowance - For US shift- 2000 rs per month UK shift- Rs 1500 rs per month

Companies will ask for Knowlege gain on multiple things but 95% you will time will not get any oppertunity to work on those technology . Work culture is super toxic. Managers are very incompetent, abusive and engage in politics and unethical practices. Performance, skill doesn't matter anymore. Good for womens who don't want to work much time while enjoying high salary. Good work from home policy 10/12 days office. Not much micromanagement, but might differ in project.

Project release is not easy. Some Managers can be pain in the A$$. Don't ever expect timely hikes and promotions. Policies related to hikes are very bad
