I was working for BPM. Where you will be disappointing with appraisal. Very complex HR support might help while you want explore job within BPM. You love the campus area.

For US shift employees it would be disappointing with facilities like gym which not operate in night swimming pool- which is only for day shift employees IT support- you suppose to connect them in day time Shift Allowance - For US shift- 2000 rs per month UK shift- Rs 1500 rs per month

Companies will ask for Knowlege gain on multiple things but 95% you will time will not get any oppertunity to work on those technology . For a quality of of work/technology quality of project also required thats actually not in the hand of Inforsys of any other service base company like infosys. Forget about good salary hike . Appraisals and hike is not done properly in each cycle and performance review is not taken seriously by managers it s just a comment section for them in feedback which remains in words not reflected in salary .

I don’t like much aspects in infosys and its policies.

First of all there will be no hikes even you work more than 4 years and even if you work up to your mark exactly when the appraisal time they’ll release from the project so that you can’t ask them for appraisal if you ask for appraisal they will say you are not in the project till the projected time so you are not applicable for appraisal.

If you are in project and maintains good relationship with manager, Your job will be secure. If not you will be released from project and kept under PIP which keeps you in danger

No proper hikes. No proper recognization. No proper leaves. No proper project as per your skill.
