The most worst feeling, I’m facing in Infosys because of some office politics, I don’t know why they are doing this, but my Manager is like I don’t know what’s for that person of Patil and some office holidays. Nothing post lockdown, all facilities diminished to existence even now. All those culture and things vanished from Infosys completely now, now it's like just another some sense company

Work culture Over hours expectations No promotion hike to existing employees No facilities like heard from peers previously. Who cares attitude of management, HR and Company overall.

in some departments or project, find very difficulties to maintain work life balance due to project work policy. we need to maintain min. working our in ODC even we don't have work or need to collaboration in work, even when some emergencies except medical. but it is only in some cases overall it is good.

Campus structure and nauture: infrastructure and natural surroundings are good; cleanliness and hygiene are also good and maintained. Secure and protective for women and girls if they needed any assistance or any type of flexibility, also traving protective if late-night works are theirs.

Unresponsive team: Incredibly challenging to receive timely assistance from HR, recruiters, and managers. Lack of support, especially when needed. Teams respond only when it pertains to work, often with pressing demands. Constant Pressure: Employees are frequently pushed to meet deadlines and remain active on their PCs from morning to night, leaving no room for personal space or relaxation. Sapiance Tracking: Sapiance to monitor employees enforces stringent online activity, adding unnecessary stress and micromanagement. Hectic work environment: The work culture is overhelmingly demanding, with uncooperative leads who behave in a bossy and critical manner. This lack of collaboration significantly hampers the work experience. Poor Management: Leaders and team leads often fail to offer constructive feedback, instead choosing to focus on criticisms and high-handed behavior, which demotivates employees. High Attrition Rate: Many new joiners and even some experienced employees resign within days or weeks due to these ongoing issues. Unmet salary expectations: The compensation offered during onboarding often falls short of what is promised, leading to disappointment when salaries are credited. No career growth: For experience professionals, Infosys offers little to no opportunities for career advancement, making it a poor choice for long-term growth. Inequality in salary for same designation. Those who stick with company can expect an average salary hike of 3 to 4% only. Very low onsite salary. Your growth depends on the unit you belongs.
