Campus structure and nauture: infrastructure and natural surroundings are good; cleanliness and hygiene are also good and maintained. Secure and protective for women and girls if they needed any assistance or any type of flexibility, also traving protective if late-night works are theirs.
Unresponsive team: Incredibly challenging to receive timely assistance from HR, recruiters, and managers. Lack of support, especially when needed. Teams respond only when it pertains to work, often with pressing demands. Constant Pressure: Employees are frequently pushed to meet deadlines and remain active on their PCs from morning to night, leaving no room for personal space or relaxation. Sapiance Tracking: Sapiance to monitor employees enforces stringent online activity, adding unnecessary stress and micromanagement. Hectic work environment: The work culture is overhelmingly demanding, with uncooperative leads who behave in a bossy and critical manner. This lack of collaboration significantly hampers the work experience. Poor Management: Leaders and team leads often fail to offer constructive feedback, instead choosing to focus on criticisms and high-handed behavior, which demotivates employees. High Attrition Rate: Many new joiners and even some experienced employees resign within days or weeks due to these ongoing issues. Unmet salary expectations: The compensation offered during onboarding often falls short of what is promised, leading to disappointment when salaries are credited.
