There is nothing great working at Infosys except slogging and .

Doing unproductive tasks in the project. Productive work will be 30-40 % . Rest is unproductive work like excel work, documenting etc. Career is doomed working with such organisation. The worst is the management. They give a deaf ear to our expectations, issues etc. Always lazying and only waking up when the client makes any sound. Such an unprofessional organisation.

No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.

I don’t like much aspects in infosys and its policies.

First of all there will be no hikes even you work more than 4 years and even if you work up to your mark exactly when the appraisal time they’ll release from the project so that you can’t ask them for appraisal if you ask for appraisal they will say you are not in the project till the projected time so you are not applicable for appraisal.

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected

They hire a 2 year experienced person and give them above 16LPA and their own employees with 5 years experience get only 5-7LPA on same designation. No hikes, no support, nothing being done for employee wellness, most of the projects works on weekends as well. People are having extra maritl affairs at the office. Zero for work culture, zero to team leads and managers.

1. Finacle unit is the worst unit in Infosys 2.Once you are into one project then the only way to come out of that project is Resignation. They will not let you release even after 2 years also. By mistakenly, if you ask release then managers will start targetting you and will mark you as bad performer even though you are doing goodthroughout all cycles. 3. Compensation review is not transparent and salary revision is not given each year. Employees are always confused with what's being projected in media versus internal communications. If you are expecting performance salary hikes each year , this may mentally be disturbing.

No projects no helping no good environment for freshers they wasting freshers golden time putting bench for 2-3yrs and doing forceful resignation no work ethics no future for freshers. For freshers they expecting experience to move into a project.

Dislikes

Project allocation for lateral takes huge time. Only 5 days leave for each quarter of month. Very Less pay even for niche technology. 90% project here are support role no development work. Hike is very less sometimes no hike also. Offer letter shows high pay but in-hand salary will be very very less.

During pregnancy puts me in PIP when i returned from maternity leave even after clearing PIP gives bad ratings . May be they will asked me to resign in coming weeks I am single mother i dont know how i can deal with it
