Salary breakage is worst and they are never disclose this before joining, also they are talking about process but its always change as per the requirement and if you do mistake manager are directly gives you warning and job threat like I will fire you.

The management is pathetic. If you are a good looking girl then this place is heaven for you. The manager will give you promotion and hike and everything. If you are honest and hard working guy then this place is not for you. The HR there is just for the namesake, they won't even pick up the call The night shift allowance is worse, you can't even get a pair of jeans from Zudio with that allowance. They ask you to come on time but they become blind if we are extending the shift. The yearly hike that they will provide is 1% pr 2% without shame. The CEO is asking to work for 70 hrs but not ready to provide the salary on that level. If you are stuck in Infosys and your project is good then it is ok, if not then try to change the project or change the company. No Hikes this year as well they said they'll give 5-8% but for peoples who recieved ECR (Early career rewards) they didn't give hike which is quite disappointing. because, worst part is they were only giving 5 % whereas even maid wants 10% hike every year. We work really hard and in return what we hear? that a lateral joinee getting double package while us working for a client day and night and getting nothing out of it. I have joined infosys for a contratul role and funny thing is even my manager is not sure with my role. He is not sure why he hired me. Once project got stabiled he told to leave on 29 November 2024.then internally got an opportunity to attend interview with a project manager and amazed with his knowledge. He has the knowledge of 5th standard student and expecting the contractual people to have PhD knowledge. Never join in infosys for a C2H role .
