The only thing which is good about IGT is that they give salary on time and there is no time restriction you can come and go whenever you want to. In Covid-19 situation they are cutting there employees salary even from the trainees and also they are not giving any increment to the employees and also not giving the variable pay to the employees. In this situation company has to be supporting but they are not, they even laid off many employees and more is on the way....Read More

Overall working experience are good. We have good friendly environment and good place to work.

Problem is Job security. There will be a chance to move another project on your beanch period (2months) only if they have a recruitment. If not possible to move another project or company last the project then you will be terminated within a week.

It's more fun and enjoyable. They provide freedom to work as you like no dress code,after 5 o'clock play time,etc...

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
