Hi Team, Hope this review will help you to how agents were treated in IGT solutions (Ggn) location. I would like to share my experience I worked there for more than 1 year. Initially I used to take calls and after 9 months i moved to social media. First of all i would like to highlight my training period. It was actually work from home and usually i maximum companies training period is 20 dats or 30 days not more. But in this company i was hired for domestic process it took 53 days to complete the training period. As i believe our trainer was new in that process. In my one year of experience mostly i face software issue or there GDS error. Second thing I would like to share how pathetic management was provided. Even we didn't get system on time for login it seems like there is lack of system. Agents are wondering on the floor. Managers are shouting like fish market. The environment is like where are we stucked. No proper management of break, meating, schedule, roster nothing. I know I was hired for 24*7 as per company norms but still more than 5 months continuously I worked for night shift even without asking me they were late Extended my night shift. If any agent is going to die then also they will not provide you any kind of leave. Lastly i will express my words towards the management of the Transport Department. It has been seen very poorly. They usually call 3 hours before login time. Cab will depart 50 min or sometimes 1 hours after we left the floor. Mostly cab will be late. Let's suppose shift timing is 2200 hours and cab will call you 0100 hours. I left this organization due to same reasons above mentioned. I will not say the company is totally worse. I also faced salary issues I was working as a mentor and I was expecting the same package that other new hired agents were getting but lastly i thought i was making worst efforts with this organization.
