Really pathetic work environment. Always about 100 calls in waiting..poor systems to work on. Management only cares about calls answered dont care about employees. Lai to the clients about the employees. Claims to give good incentives but dont give out payout . People need to fight for it

Dislikes

No career growth. If you are a supervisor there are no appraisals as only cs reps get them. If your knowledge about processes grows and are made a supervisor on the sup gate. You are not considered productive members so not appraisals. But they have the most stressful job in the process. Including about 20-30 waiting on the escalations
