this company judges people a lot. their management is not at all good. they deduct salary on card punch inn or out miss even if the agent came on time and worked whole day. promotions is really bad. they promote people and do not give them papers for years.

1. Sandwich policy: even if late before or after weekend 2. Retention hold : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

They do not providr 50k but rather 38000 If u have even 1 LWPs your attrndance alliwance will be gone. Managerd are brazen Not even have patking for their employees

It's very restrictive like a jail, so many checks in & out. You can't have your mobile phone along with you, you can't carry you bags on the floor, you can't eat aur drink outside cafeteria even at the places which they've designed to impressed the clients only. Please don't join this company. If you come late then there will 450 rs deduction from your salary and for any leave 250 rs deduction. HR managers are liars... particularly Gaurav Sinha and pooja mane don't keep their word's. There is no hygiene inside the washrooms and at the end of every month you will receive very less salary dueto company's third class policy. Most importantly if you don't clear certification after training period then you won't get a salary. So please don't waste your time and don't join this company at all....Read More
