I like all supervisor is supporting but senior management not supporting. And have no information about pramotion and all management quietly take interview and promote unexpected agent they have no knowledge about the process but thoda or currently working as a supervisor.

Dislikes

All supervisor and senior management just playing a game with all agents have no carrier opportunity.

Do not imagine to go there it will be the life horrible decision for your career as well as growth just dont go there.

Fraud company and all staff very unprofessional. My TL absconded me without informed me during the Medicals leaves. That time I was suffering in Tiefied. This company very very bad I don't want to work again with this Company and I prefer to all my relatives and friends don't join this company it will be destroyed future of the employee.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
