1. Money snatchers made illogical policies just to cut salaries and it gets divided into higher management donkeys. 2. They are different from every employer in terms of working hours. There’s not a single company I know which asks for 10 hours shift. 2. 90% of the seniors including Team Leaders, Managers, Sr. Managers and even fewAVP’s are like they can never be selected anywhere else if they leave! This company even forcibly calls sick employees to work. And it is not known when or how promotions will be received. Difficulties arise in any work as if there is no work some days So the employees have to work even after 6 p.m. One has to beg the team leader for holidays.

One of the worst BPO company never ever join, this company is also the blacklisted company, they will provide you 27k salary but in actually you will get only 21k to 22k in you hand HR department is one of the worst team. Job security 0℅ because I joined this company and within 4 month process ramped down and they simply said you can go home more than 400 employees were now struggling. Ienergizer is the worst company I have ever experienced working there in the rapido customer support, they say us to complete target and pich for csat which means 5 star ratings from customer even though customer do not want to rate for rapido.worst worst worst company and they even asked me to leave the process and go from. There because I was not completing the targets and not pitching for csat Do not go into the customer support in the rapido and where the targets are available Most important, The TL and management are not supportive and whenever an executive is in emergency or can not go for work a particular day they use to deduct the whole day salary including penalty even if share the medical receipts or valid documents of the leave commencement they will not approve the casual leaves in the portal Please do not go the ienergizer...Read More

Literally they are exploiting the employees. They have rules out of this world. They can deduct the salary even if you will breathe without their permission. Also, they are bunch of goons working as so called TEAM LEADERS. They think that they run the world. Pros Good salary. Cons Long Hours. No work life balance. No supporting staff. Rules are out of the world.

this company judges people a lot. their management is not at all good. they deduct salary on card punch inn or out miss even if the agent came on time and worked whole day. promotions is really bad. they promote people and do not give them papers for years.
