Habituates to mental pressure. Whole salary will be sufficient to live in a rural area for a single person. Good part is what ever the weather conditions be, you will work like a robot. One more good part is as you work 8am to 10 pm you will do all the work in bank, even shutter open and close😂😂 daily we will get stomach full of scoldings from manager with some or other reason. Name sake its so called corporate job, you will surely do the labour work in Air condition. If you want to join icici then only join as manager and above grade. (not even assistant manager). They don't care about employee career growth. Flow of growth will be much slower than any other corporate job. No OverTime credits, no incentives for sales and overall job satisfaction is notting. You will have all the conditional leaves , if you want leave do the business and you can take leave. If there is employee shortage then forget about everything....Read More
