Name sake its so called corporate job, you will surely do the labour work in Air condition. If you want to join icici then only join as manager and above grade. (not even assistant manager). They don't care about employee career growth. Flow of growth will be much slower than any other corporate job. No OverTime credits, no incentives for sales and overall job satisfaction is notting. You will have all the conditional leaves , if you want leave do the business and you can take leave. If there is employee shortage then forget about everything....Read More
