ICICI Bank has a deep running systemic problem, there is no human resource department within the company to rely on. The reporting authority is going to rule your life day in day out. I tried to change teams within the same vertical after two years of suffering due to the reporting authority denying the few leaves that new employees get from HR. I needed these leaves because I live 1400 kilometres from my hometown, and want to visit my family every now and then. No ER Manager is going to help you with any problem if it involves your RA. Good luck

I have mixed feelings about working at the ICICI Bank!😅 On the pro side, the salary and benefits are good, and always on time. On the con side, there's a lot of pressure to meet targets, and our products are expensive compared to others.🧐🧐 I wouldn't recommend opening an account with this bank for everyday banking, as the charges and services aren't very flexible.😅
