Very bad working environment, if you are good in sales and able to bear that much sales pressure then only you should go in retail branches.Even they don't give proper training after joining so you have only option to depend on seniors who will continuously poking you for sales even if you are in cash and your all time spend on operational work,no matter if you do all the operation of branch still you are responsible for the sales target. Working in icici bank is a great experience you get to learn many things especially financial ..this bank very well knows how to give customer satisfaction and benefits which i think should be the first priority of every bank

There's nothing i would say dislike about bank but as per my perspective as an employee there should be more perks benefits should be given to us also salary is not satisfactory as per work load ..
