ICICI’s brand name can help but your salary seems on the lower side
Have you checked if other private banks offer better pay for similar roles?

Honestly, if you're serious about the FRM, you need to think about where you'll get the most relevant experience. ICICI's good, but is it giving you the kind of risk management exposure you need? And, are you happy there? Because a year feels like a long time if you're not. Also, what kind of roles are you targeting with the FRM? That'll help you decide on the next step

You need to think long-term. Staying at ICICI for another year and getting a promotion might give you a slightly better base, but is it the right base?
