I think working here was good it had nice environment but more to be looked for your own employees like transfer and appraisal on right time so that everyone gets the chance to grow

The work should speak for your growth it shouldn't be effected by your senior management thinks about you and your growth and appraisal shouldn't be stopped if you are asking for any transfer or any other help. The person famous on what's app or is in good books of its senior for not his work but for ji huzoori to its bosses.
