EY vs KPMG vs IBM which should I join?

My current CTC in Accenture is 9 LPA(7.68 fixed + Variable) for 5.10 years of experience as a SAP ABAP developer. Now I got offer from 3 top Consulting firms. 1. Company - EY GDS First offer - 12.20 LPA Fixed Revised offer - 16.80 LPA fixed Location - Noida 2. Company - KPMG Offer - 15 LPA ( 12.75 fixed + Variable) Location - Gurgaon 3. Company - IBM Offer - 18 LPA ( 16.20 fixed + Variable) Location - Gurgaon In which company I should go? And what should be the expected CTC for 5.10 years of experience ABAP Consultant. I have not asked IBM and KPMG for counter offer yet what ctc should I ask ??

There will be no appraisal after joining and they will keep on say that our budget is very low so I can’t give you what you expect as appraisal. Also good looking girls will get good hikes and promotions
