I would only say that my 7 years of hard work went in vain, so you can understand what is good here and what is bad.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. If you are off role then it is useless to work here and tell the problems to the management. No one is going to listen here, if you resign then you do not even get your relieving letter. I worked here from 7 years but never got a chance to move forward, all went in vain.
