There is nothing good which can you consider a good or atleast infact an average thing that you have working with HDFC bank. If you will make a big Blinder infact the senior don't know how to deal with it, while I am talking about the top most senior in hierarchy, they only give a warning ⚠️ only.

Dislikes

Working with the HDFC bank is really a worst thing that I suffer because it only gives you a name of a brand which seems fundamentally irrational. Poor salary. The appraisal can be count within a count of fingers. A person can be take a growth here if you don't want to learn things anymore and if you love to repeat the things in a robotic manner.

Bank and brand is good but people sitting above you is based at current Branch from very long time and because of this they have some kind misreprentation of that they are the owner and they can do any thing.Boms and Roms should be transfered on regualar intervals.

Nothing except job security. Home loan rates if you stay for long here.

No work life balance. The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put. Less to no perks at all. They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays. Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.

There work experience is good with manager who supports all his colleagues equally and always take stands for their employees that's most important thing in the office and team was quite good, supportive and ambitious for their work and we use to do work hard.

Dislikes

There was continuously use of headset on head and login hour's of 9 Hr that was too tough to manage thousands of criterias for getting incentive which I really don't like.

if you actually perform and give good business to the Bank then you will be the happiest.. you will get sponsored international trips with stay in luxury hotels, can get incentive going upto 36L for imperia RM apart from salary. and can expect good rating and promotions. but it you are someone who doesn't like to climb the corporate ladder...then you will be the unhappiest.

work pressure..something new everyday.. sometimes you have to work on the weekends if targets not met.. and might have to work till late in the evening..

growths and increment are not as per industry standards..it does not beat inflation as well. If you are experienced more than 7-10yrs and look for any profile above E4 Band.

Over all huge organization with full of vintage people who have taken all benefits like home loan,car loans,personal loans and now decided to get retirement from same company.So you may learn more things in between these vintage people.Hdfc bank gives more employment to female candidate and provide safe and good environment.

Salary and appraisal increment are least . Inflation rates even more than every year salary increment percentage..No incentive program for collection manager.Annual Bonus is merely God shake.
