Senior Techno-Functional Analyst(Application management)

Job Purpose

Looking for a well-trained Techno-functional, analyst cum project manager working as Functional Analyst in Business Technology group within Retail Banking group responsible for executing all the activities related to Projects which are entrusted to him/her by Team leader/Unit head. Manages technology related implementations in close coordination with I.T / Vendor and identifies / contributes to the area of technical improvements. Participates and designs technological architecture of the solution. Responsible for testing / implementing all the changes, which are implemented by the vendor/ IT and In-house Development team. Responsible to provide solutions to queries / issues raised by the technical analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation/Review CNs, RDs, FSDs, BRDs, TBRDs, User stories
• Handle designing the solution to meet end user requirements.
• Contributes to the technology stack discussions with vendor / IT teams.
• Supervise Requirement Documents from Technical aspects and ensure the team does proper documentation.
• Project kick off meeting with stakeholders and project execution planning
• Discussion with vendor to explain the technical requirement and assess visible system impacts due to the changes proposed

• Execute / Review the test cases
• Contribute to the team lead with updates and escalations.
• Review the release given by vendor basis requirement document / FSD
• Engage with the vendor on regular basis for reviews like UAT support, UAT bug fixes, Delivery scheduling and other technical tasks.

• Coordinate with L1 support and vendor to resolve production issues
• Coordinate with OEM vendor to resolve production issues
