🎯 Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet client business needs 🛠️.
✔️ Conduct workshops to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend business process improvements 📝.
✔️ Provide training, guidance, and troubleshooting support during implementation 📚.
✔️ Develop functional specifications and design documents for customizations and integrations 📄.
✔️ Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure functional requirements align with technical designs 🤝.
✔️ Customize CRM systems, including extensions, customizations, and system integrations ⚙️.
✔️ Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation ✅.
✔️ Support clients during testing and go-live phases 🔍.
✔️ Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM developments and industry trends 📈.

🌟 Requirements:
✨ 8+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions 🌟.
✨ Strong understanding of CRM processes and principles 💡.
✨ Experience with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service modules 🛍️.
✨ Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications 🖊️.
✨ Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders 🗣️.
✨ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively 🤗.
✨ Bonus: Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies 🔌.
