Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Central Techno-Functional to join our team. This role demands a strong blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge to implement, customize, and optimize Business Central solutions for various business modules. The ideal candidate should excel in translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring seamless integration and operation of Business Central systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation and Customization
• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for core modules, including:
• Finance
• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Fixed Assets
• Project Management
• Production
• Supply Chain
• Customize and configure Business Central applications to meet specific business needs.
• Perform hands-on coding, extensions, and development using AL language.
• Technical Expertise
• Install, set up, and maintain Business Central environments.
• Optimize system performance and resolve technical issues.
• Develop custom pages, processes, reports, API integrations, and workflows.
• Ensure compatibility with third-party systems and tools.
• Functional Expertise
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Provide end-user training and support on Business Central functionalities.
• Conduct functional testing, validation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 12+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , NAV.
• Hands-on experience in coding, development, and customization using AL and other Business Central tools.
• Strong understanding of financial, supply chain, and operational processes in ERP systems.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in AL language and C/AL development.
• In-depth functional knowledge of Business Central modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies is a plus.
