Need to improve on digital part. Still processes are completed and time consuming. Too much work load on branch staffs on operations. Also need stop biased Apprisal process.

HDFC Bank is good, and they have recently assigned me to a great team. I've been learning a lot and giving my best, but the workload is too hectic and stressful. I am enjoying the work culture.

Dislikes

HDFC Bank is great. However, as a married woman, it's tough to balance work and health issues. They don't consider my health and mental well-being due to work pressure, as their main focus is on meeting targets.

Dislikes

the pressure and language used by bosses is very harsh and unbearable. It increases your stress levels very high and it makes it difficult to get up and go to work everyday. No one is kind and the competition ensures you cannot trust any colleague. The compensation only makes up bearly for taking such an enormous toll on your health

Hate this company. Especially the operation department if you’re working for loan disbursements and mortgages then forget the timings. You have to sit for hours no work life balance. Also I don’t understand the culture of this bank that everyone should learn everything like you cannot expect a professional to do clerical work or a doctor to do the work of CA. The work here is not likely you will love to do each day. There is no set KRA. You will be asked to do any sort of work that comes forth in your bucket. No fixed timings. If you’re in retail working capital operations team then they have month ends on different dates and you have to sit until 9-10 or even 12 in the night. I feel suffocated here.
