All over experience was good, office colleges was good, work environment was good, salary was average, career was good.

Everyday they want business, colleges was not helping many times & not much pay as i work this company.

I Was working with HDFC Bank Bangalore . My branch Manager was a bengali , Ch was also a bengali . They have created a hell like work culture . Main work of branch manager is to observe the pressure which is coming from CH. But in our case the bengali branch manager used to put employees infront of the Ch and Zh . He is not even fixing any clinet call for that also he will put employees infront of CH . And shout loudly infront of customers also ,... The bengali man is so selfish in his approach . Only thinking about themselve not about the situation of employee. He need everyone tobe active in 1st of month ... so pathetic.. most of relation managers are getting bald as they are not able to handle pressure. and having bp and other health issues .

Bank was good in sharing bonus and incentives but from last 5-6 years bank is rushing too much. No satisfaction no growth neither growth in career.

Dislikes

...layed and other banks giving appraisal in mostly by April but here done in june. No growth in salary, very much pressure to deliver, no satisfaction of work, too much competition even at senior level. Everyone wants to keep their head. Too many products and bank want each to push without proper training and segregated departments. They just want buisness any how. And culture is going downwards way only.

Too much pressure. In my case, I did not receive a healthy work environment. Management is toxic. They do not know how to handle and train a new staff. How to deal with unskilled staff. Everyone is in pressure.

Strict working hours from 9-7. There are no pre generated leads you as a personal Banker if you are hired as a fresher through clg placement, thn you have to generate the leads by your own. Targets are there . They will ask you to get a two wheeler which they will not mention in during interview or in JD .
