Nothing except job security. Home loan rates if you stay for long here.

Dislikes

No work life balance. The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put. Less to no perks at all. They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays. Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.

I thought HDFC was good as a bank, I have visited one or two times there and my issue was resolved in 7-10-15 days of followups with multiple executives where my RM didn't even pick my call.

Dislikes

...ed it but someone who has recorded it , must be facing it there several times. HDFC - I had my salary account with you guys, I get 1L/month and a credit card worth 3L limit. I'll shut both now with you, until you fix your work culture. Bye bye. Others: If you came here seeing the video don't forget to like and share this review. Health insurance for family & job security(may be you will be sent to Branch sales if there is no requirement in your current profile) hence you yourself will leave

Dislikes

Salary not uniform there is huge gap between employee doing same thing may be double also. Job security is there in this bank. Totally sales oriented bank. If things goes well sales did it if customer is defaulter sales has nothing to do with that all on credit Dept. Good bank fir sales in terms of incentives and bank sponsored tour but not for operations.
