Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service delivery.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services to increase revenue growth.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in retail banking or related field (preferably from BFSI industry).
  
• Strong understanding of business development, portfolio management, and retail liabilities concepts.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for building strong customer relationships.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
