Roles and Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through effective sales strategies.
  
• Handle existing customer relationships to increase portfolio size and revenue growth.
  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for various banking products such as CASA, Retail Liabilities, Retail Banking, and Liabilities.
  
• Manage retail branch operations efficiently to achieve business objectives.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Sales & Portfolio Handling with a focus on Retail Banking.
  
• Strong understanding of acquisition techniques and ability to meet sales targets.
  
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
