Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of banking products.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by visiting farmers, cooperatives, and other agricultural organizations.
  
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions using working capital, SME, business banking, agri finance, agriculture banking, and agribusiness expertise.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
