Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team members to achieve business objectives.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales of bank's products and services.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in branch banking or related field (PB Classic, BSM).
  
• Strong understanding of branch operations, retail liabilities, and cash handling procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and relationship-building.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
