Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients through effective relationship management.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell bank's products to increase revenue growth.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing HNI clients to retain their loyalty.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues promptly.
  
• Meet sales targets set by the organization while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in retail branch banking, preferably in HNI client handling or acquisition roles.
  
• Strong understanding of liability products, retail liabilities, and portfolio management principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with HNIs and other stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
