Intermediate qualified people work in PMOs and recruiting, they question and ask our weekly updates, pathetic experience. Increments are given only for every two years and that 0 to 3%. Recruitment team is worst and not mapping resources correctly. Claim process is very slow. You can not expect work life balance and they expect us to work 365 days. No holiday

The upper management is terrible, they only want employees to come office daily and work, no extra curricular activities work life balance is not at good and they pay very less according to market standards, they treat freshers as their slave particularly in Unilever account which is located in Bangalore Jigani

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

Transport very poor half of the month you don't get transport cab and you have e to struggle a lot to get that reimbursement,appraisal not happening,no sick leave only 18 annual leave ,no Diwali gift ,bonus also they cut almost 50%,blackened,HR operation team is uselessas they will not resolve your queries in RFT

HCL software is the product domain of HCL Tech , I was working for their one of the product and the work culture was like service based company, company politics and internal favourism happens, HR are of no use , they are just puppets of upper management

It was my first it job and it was terrible. I was in project at the time of my maternity leave.my manager gave me low rating because of my maternity in annual performance and she gave me reason as budget issue.later my hr called me and ask to resign because of low rating.

This is all depends on your manager.

1. working hours there is no time limit of your shift. 2. Shift timing is changed every week or 2 times in a month. 3. Transport team is very bad. 4. HR said ask your questions but they guys have no answer about Appraisal or Salary increment/ promotion. 5. Appraisal is very bad like 1-5% only.

There is not timing login and logout time restrictions when you go physically to work. But they have a tool to make sure you worked 8 hours a day. Which is good.

Dislikes

The managers don't know how to control their mouth. They talk like how a government employee will misbehave. And HRs are puppets of the managers and DU heads. Very poor env to work. Give you 150% they will treat like you did only 50% and influence your performance bonus badly. Managers take it personally if you talk against their mistake on their face.
