Learning is really good, they even push you to do certifications. Work life balance for me is good and the projects are all good enough to learn something new.

Dislikes

Appraisal meetings are just an eyewash in HCL not sure about other projects but for me never had a discussion, everything decided based on customer feedback. Sad part is nobody knows employee story. They won't even give you full performance pay. Last year my pf bonus was cut domn due to more members in the team, I was so pissed but could not able to do anything.

Everything about this company. Too much internal politics. Managers behave like owner and too much partial. No promotion. No good appraisal. Salary Packages are way too less than market standards.

If you are in bench then it is hard to find a project. For small details we have to raise ticket and follow up with them. Hard to find the reason for Appraisal and Performance bonus deduction

Worst company with no employee benefits. Lala company only eye on cost cutting and salary cutting of employees. No hike no bonus even after top ratings. No hike even after promotion. Only work load increases. No skill development, all management want is to fill their pockets.

In this I worked for 2 years, with my past experiences what I observed is this is one of the worst organisation that won't give good salery but they will say they got very good projects and profits. Plz don't wast your career in these companies.simple it's better for newly joined below 5years.Plz don't wast your life by joining after 5years experience.

Company culture is very bad no transparency on appraisal, it always delay by 6-8 months. Even in project development no tools and process followed. So u loose your learning. 60% managers are delegating the works even they don’t have any idea about problems n technology.
