I wanna to say that HCl senior employers support his junior employers.

I am not satisfied with the salary.As system engineer post I am getting below 10K.and there is no growth in position and salary after 3+year completing in HCL Company.

The ever leading topic of notice period

I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa. I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only. Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now. Any suggestions?
