It was my first it job and it was terrible. I was in project at the time of my maternity leave.my manager gave me low rating because of my maternity in annual performance and she gave me reason as budget issue.later my hr called me and ask to resign because of low rating.

Friends Dont beleive that HCL is giving 7% or 15% hike. There are lot of loop holes in the Company. There are lot of Enterprise Architect, COE are totally worst. All the non billable resource are totally worst. Friends - Do beleive after they roll out the hike because these people like Chief People officer or CEO - CVK they will getgood package leaving the developers inVain. The reason that they get good salary is because of developers they will not consider the developers. I don't why these people get such a huge salary. There is always a better person in the market than CVK or Chief people office. We need to replace with those people for the company to flourish and developers to flourish. Hcl gives a much more work, we got many appreciation from claint but hcl didn't give any rewards. We get DP or EP grade in appraisal performance but we got maximum 40000 per year in appraisal, if we ask with HR they said hcl overall growth is low.

Hcltech is actually big organization and a good MNC to start. I'm actually fresher joined couple of months back in supply chain operation. But there are some things is there in some project. Like in our case has hybrid model but Reporting manager is forcefully say to come office only. Even my native location is in Kolkata. I want to relocate in Kolkata & work with that office. But I'm not very sure hcl has such policy or not however I didn't tell him. But due to the medical reason I need to go there i don't know how thing will manage. And if it's not happen i want to switch to Kolkata/chennai based project if possible in same lob's. If anyone can help me out regarding this pls I need your support actually!!
