With recent changed Management is encouraging people upskill and do certifications.

Recent EPB policy. Because of this implementation hardly 1 or 2 members in team will get 100% variable pay and most of the other team members will get 50-80%. you can rarely expect any promotions / Appraisals or team bonding activities.

There are multiple micro management tools "Sapience" which track your system online activities , work is does not mean sitting in front of the computer. People who solve the issue quicky and go out for coffee meaning less here if you not maintain 9hrs in on pc hours, you have to apply leave

I don't see any plus here. Even the CTC is reduced after the new policy based on performance for monthly quarterly variable. Also 3+ years with 0Rs hike. No cab facility. At all cost please avoid APAC/ME projects. You are literally a slave and no HCL management will support you. Stinky disgusting restrooms and nobody cares about it. Even escalated to location head but in vain.

HCL conduct scaler program every month, and it is beneficial for the employee who are willing to improve their skills.

Most of the managers don’t have a sufficient knowledge about the project. For example development project is headed by a testing manager. Even you don’t know how to review the code how to pull push request from ADO

No hike , no promotion , no onsite. HR will call you anytime and ask to resign. Complete harrasment. Won’t recommend anyone to join HCLTech. Despite being excellent performance , you will be given very very bad rating which in turn will effect your variable part of salary and your salary will start getting decreased.
