Regarding The US project, Please Note: if you are ready to work as a slave, You are a perfect fit for this company and Note : ( you don't have an allowance for US projects Night shift). You don't get your "Variable pay" Every three months, they create new policies without any information. One of these policies seems like a way to steal your salary under the name of EPB adjustment Monthly For example, it starts with 500Rs and may increase based on your salary range. Leave policy is not good, very less leaves. Bench policy is not at all good, there is always a situation if you don't get the project you have to leave the company. No increment letter received since last 2 years.

Interview was good, interviewers didn't tried to exhibit their expertise. Convincingly good hike during joining.

HRs are biased. Management very poor. If employee wants to buy out notice period they don't release them and make sure that employee lose their opportunities in better company. Salary process is very poor and compensation released after 1.5 years. Even they don't give the promotion if employee gets in notice period. They don't givepromotion on skill and hard work basis.
