Major clients provides Work from home. In some clients there was good skill development scope. But it is very minimal
If you want explore more and learn new things, HCL Tech is not correct option. Majority of projects only have BAU operations. For developers, there were no projects to upskil their development skills. If you wanted to grow as a Developer (in any technology) don't choose HCL Tech.

It was my first it job and it was terrible. I was in project at the time of my maternity leave.my manager gave me low rating because of my maternity in annual performance and she gave me reason as budget issue.later my hr called me and ask to resign because of low rating.

Friends Dont beleive that HCL is giving 7% or 15% hike. There are lot of loop holes in the Company. There are lot of Enterprise Architect, COE are totally worst. All the non billable resource are totally worst. Friends - Do beleive after they roll out the hike because these people like Chief People officer or CEO - CVK they will getgood package leaving the developers inVain. The reason that they get good salary is because of developers they will not consider the developers. I don't why these people get such a huge salary. There is always a better person in the market than CVK or Chief people office. We need to replace with those people for the company to flourish and developers to flourish. One of the worst leaders you will come across in your corporate career who cares the least about their subordinates or agents. All managers are puppets to their executive leaders. No hikes or minimum hikes which we are ashamed of even sharing with our family members. No promotions or if promoted absolutely no hike for getting promoted. They say Promotion is not linked with annual increase. This Company is a joke. They change annexure terms or policies every year so the minimum hikes you get at the end does not reflect any change in your take home. Infact we see decrease in our take home year on year. I am giving my honest rating, If you don't want ruin your career please don't join here. Senior management is not approachable. 12 hrs working time.. sometimes they asked weekend support without any monetary benefits. You can't learn any thing apart from the project. Salary is very less. I have filed a case against HCLTech for Sxual Harrasment, Sxual Abuse, Profanity, Cyber Crime and Fraud/Scam. Case is now pending with Mumbai Police, Delhi Police, TN Police, National Human Rights Commission, Chief Minister Cell, National Commission for Women, Supreme Court and Media/Press.
