The appraisal is not happening within the mentioned time and i have not received the 2023-2024 financial year hike yet. Additionally no one from the HR team has communicated about this. However, the performance pay is being deducted every quarter on time, based on the quarterly rating

Changing domain a good idea?

I've got 5+ yrs of presales experience in Financial Services domain. Building more domain experience thru courses too. Working in latest tech - Cloud, GenAI etc. Got an offer in telecom, manufacturing - same presales role though with a decent hike. Also would be working in these techs only because this is the market now. Would changing the domain be a good idea now?
