The work culture is fine , some people are supportive , some are not , job security is there .

You will not get projects easily , forget about appraisal even if you get appraisal it would ne 2k or 4 k max so for a years hardwork you will be rewarded with that only and this is not the only thing , the appraisal which should be given in march is given after august pr september , so for any increase you need to wait for 6 monthsmore , and if you will ask you hr she/he will always says its a centralised process and takes time . Please be aware about this and join somewhere , where the CEO doesn't take all the amount home and give you just a penny ....Read More

I joined hcl as a fresher. Only plus point was i got a job in recession I joined as a GET in network security and all I did was monitoring in an age old tool-netforensics. Shift used to rotate in 15 days. I got to study a lot and finally cracked JTAC interview.
