Everything the culture is not good, managers will do backstab once there work needs complete from our end. Firstly they installed some Nippon buddy to monitor whether you are working or not...even if you don't have any work also you need to do something in laptop then only it will take as you are working. Maximum 8 hrs..Main stress is to maintain Nippon buddy only and psycho Managers will do micromanagement..Very worst they will deduct more from our salary papa through employee salary deduction only they are raising HCL everywhere😶🙃. Please study well work hard and target on Product based companies as much as possible....Read More

For freshers, there is transparent knowledge sharing it depends on work priority they will provide.... And hike appraisals are very bad in some projects where they are giving importance and encouragement to freshers in their growth state.
