Appraisal & promotion process. Delivery team Mafia. Not providing/crediting appraised amount from April like every other company. Worst mid-senior management. Very commercial in providing health care to the employees. The good campuses and good health care units and good administration is only in couple of locations, rest is worst.

Somewhat job security is there. Most of the projects are long term and stable. Salary at entry time is good. Encourages employees to take up paid certification which is reimbursed.

Dislikes

No promotion/hikes for last 3 years. Management doesn't care about good performers. HR is just a myth in this company. Client and company combined try to extract every ounce of work possible from a single person.

Company don't bother about attrition and the company which doesn't bother about it is not employe centric. They should hire managers from top B schools or MNCs only who understand MNC culture cause current managers, PM came from lala companies have zero leadership skills and only knows micromanagement and focus on controlling.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

Performance Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. There is nothing to like, only they cutoff from your salary. They give 5% hike & add 4% variable into that hike. So basically you can't do anything, even hr nothing helps.

-No hikes, -Multiple way to deduct your salary, tons for variables in your salary break-up & even hr can't change into this. -If you try to connect hr, you need to take as challange because you can't hr, you add literally add complete hierarchy to get response from them. No, nothing any thing. Ni growth, no timely appraisal, no bonus and night shift allowances, no promotion. I had worked for HCL around 4 yrs but in this over all experience only 35k incremental.

Don't expected growth, salary, appraisal, promotion if any one join this organization. They are not give on time appraisal, also not give the ariaer.

Nothing is there to like. Initially job security was a benifit now they are making increasing efforts to make sure all experienced employees leave and they fill all positions with interns and freshers for a salary of less than 15k month

For learning and experience this is good company.

Dislikes

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.
