No timely appraisal and no appreciation on work. RnR are always a bluff those who do buttering will be nominated. Despite of working extra apart from work hours you might hear you don't deserve this job or designation Team Leaders and management are least bothered about employees and only care for fu..ing revenue. Full of people whodon't even know how to behave with Senior and trying to create unhealthy environment at workplace SME and team leaders are biased specialty when it come to their performance they start begging to leave a responsibility which u are bound with Raising complaints against people who are not doing right things is not acceptable by managers and so call management people.
