To be honest there's nothing to like about a job/company if the salary is so unsatisfactory and there's no increment in it.

Hcltech is actually big organization and a good MNC to start. I'm actually fresher joined couple of months back in supply chain operation. But there are some things is there in some project. Like in our case has hybrid model but Reporting manager is forcefully say to come office only. Even my native location is in Kolkata. I want to relocate in Kolkata & work with that office. But I'm not very sure hcl has such policy or not however I didn't tell him. But due to the medical reason I need to go there i don't know how thing will manage. And if it's not happen i want to switch to Kolkata/chennai based project if possible in same lob's. If anyone can help me out regarding this pls I need your support actually!! Salary is very low for fresher compare to all other MNC. Growth is some where slow. Should to be a more professionalism from hr to reporting manager in all cases.

I like only campus on Hcltech rest all I really hate that.

There is not working life balance in Hcltech. Disgusting promotion and if you are living metro city you will not able to survive properly.i have been working with Hcltech since last 2.5 yeas but they have increased only 3k I am very disappointed from them .

1 No work life balance. 2 Well being is getting disturbed. 3 10 hours of shift. 4 Extending shift is normal here without getting OT. 5 Leadership is very bad, no support and always pressurise. 6 work load is high, they tend to get the work of 6 people from 4.

They don’t provide you compensation on basic pay. They will increase your variable incomes like HRA and will keep the basic pay as it is. No promotion. HRs does not take responsibility for anything. Don’t work here if you want to live a stress free life.

Nothing in particular. Honestly I have never worked with such org whose company moto of employees first is actually the other way round.

One of the worst leaders you will come across in your corporate career who cares the least about their subordinates or agents. All managers are puppets to their executive leaders. No hikes or minimum hikes which we are ashamed of even sharing with our family members. No promotions or if promoted absolutely no hike for getting promoted. They say Promotion is not linked with annual increase. This Company is a joke. They change annexure terms or policies every year so the minimum hikes you get at the end does not reflect any change in your take home. Infact we see decrease in our take home year on year. Flexibility, work-life balance, no one bother who is doing what, heaven for manipulating people who don't want to work rather distribute here and there who has setting with Managers.

Dislikes

No skill development, no group activity programs, poor management, low salary hike, effective 6 month annual appraisal, monthly/annual bonus deductions, more like a worker factory. Management lacks and communication skills but learned social engineering.

I am giving my honest rating, If you don't want ruin your career please don't join here. Senior management is not approachable. 12 hrs working time.. sometimes they asked weekend support without any monetary benefits. You can't learn any thing apart from the project. Salary is very less. Hike also not good. Co-workers are not friendly. No welcome kit also provided at the joining.

I have filed a case against HCLTech for Sxual Harrasment, Sxual Abuse, Profanity, Cyber Crime and Fraud/Scam. Case is now pending with Mumbai Police, Delhi Police, TN Police, National Human Rights Commission, Chief Minister Cell, National Commission for Women, Supreme Court and Media/Press. Don't join HCLTech.

The entire organisation is having an extremely backdated work culture and people are extremely political and escapist there.. All junk Projects are taken from the market with extremely bad and absurd estimations and then they grill the people working in those accounts... Never join the Oracle OU practice led by Chockalingam Singaram who is a complete busterd and escapist... Having 15 yreas in HCL with good rating forced HR to resign which is not good and acceptable . Also When I asked to transfer to HCl Netherlands they didn't accept it. HR is too bad at all in HCL.
