I was working there since from 3 years but didn't got any appraisal. So i think there is no growth in there.

Overall work culture is good in HCL but i feel if you are under management role there is alot of politics, drama and bad experiences that you will face. I have been here for 2 years and it’s nothing what i though it would be. Additionally, the appraisal letters are released after 1.5 years for any employee here which is not fair at all

Favouritism. Unskilled people deployed in HR, who are from BA, ops. And QA backgrounds. They don't even know the true meaning of HR. Just being favourites of the boss they would enjoy all benefits and neither themselves nor the boss would do any work. Too much toxic of a culture. Their HR department needs quick overhauling to turn the game.

Work Culture here is good. People are friendly and suppportive, leaving few exceptions. Working hours are flexible. Hybrid working system is employee friendly.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits and promotion is far below the market rates. They give equal percentage to everyone irrespective of their work. Work recognition is not up to the mark. Permanent work from office may start soon.

One dump become manager thinks HCL is his father company, makes his own rules. 1.He will try to promote one who buckets him. 2.High partiality, try to support his own language people. 3.Speaks very rudely. 4.He thinks, he knows everything. 5.He is unmarried and he doesn't have work life balance 6. He makes his own rules, he don't follow quality procedure

Nothing is in favour of employees and slogan of company like super charged progress seems super charged in salary deduction. There is no policy in HCL and whatever HR will say that is the policy even they don't follows there made policy. I am 10+ year of experienced person and faced strange incident in HCL that HR changed by salary structure on day of joining and believe me I didn't have another offer except to accept the same. Management and HRs are very very bad. One manager name Mohit from Australia and Rohini from Singapore of my project for BP are very bad. HR name vikash also very bad. They are not listening any one. They are also sitting abroad and playing with companies brand value. Management should look into those person. For those kind of people others are getting suffocated at work location.
