Recruitment team is worst and not mapping resources correctly. Claim process is very slow. You can not expect work life balance and they expect us to work 365 days. No holiday

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

Performance Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. They tourcher people go to other location without having projects for headcount. If they went to that location no project's. HCL will layoff candidates.

Not a good company as manipulation of salary towards base salary against which no good retirement benefits i.e. pf, gratuity, leave encashment,etc.

Actually it's a nice company but after the separation and pre separation the situation arise it's not upto the mark.. Acquisition is happen but it's not smooth as compared to others...I would like to join again if they have clarity in the salary structure and position

Company is good. I appreciate the companies policy. The.medicsl facility is really good.

Dislikes

Many old employees they create problems for new employees. Senior management they really do not care anything. Most of them are involved in favourtism groupism and various other corruptions. HCL must do very tight scrutiny on this and it will be helpful for the company to reduce the unnecessary staffing.

Job security, international client base, on-site, decent facilities in office, multiple technologies so you can move internally and learn.

Dislikes

Poor salary hike, people loyal to the company are under appreciated, no mechanism to match the salary of existing employees as per market standards no matter how skilled or certified we are. Lazy employees who are in good books with managers are not questioned leading to more workload on employees who are hard working. Regional politics and use of regional languages by senior management.

Being a new comer employee to HCL Tech gurugram, its going to be tough for me now. Its been one full month since I gave Walk in interview. And the operation interview I gave was on 28 November 2024. Its been approx 20 days and My joining date has not came yet. Earlier my joining date was 9 December 2024 but then it extended but I don't know till when. No update and nothing. HCL software is the product domain of HCL Tech , I was working for their one of the product and the work culture was like service based company, company politics and internal favourism happens, HR are of no use , they are just puppets of upper management

It was my first it job and it was terrible. I was in project at the time of my maternity leave.my manager gave me low rating because of my maternity in annual performance and she gave me reason as budget issue.later my hr called me and ask to resign because of low rating.

1. working hours there is no time limit of your shift. 2. Shift timing is changed every week or 2 times in a month. 3. Transport team is very bad. 4. HR said ask your questions but they guys have no answer about Appraisal or Salary increment/ promotion. 5. Appraisal is very bad like 1-5% only.
