There are very few and supporting leaders in the company.
No work life balance. No proper estimation and unrealistic targets which in turn affect the employees working timings without any allowance. We are forced to work in weekends to meet the target. Only 3% hike when the company can sponsor for cricket. HR doesn't support employees but rather support the leadership. People who keep job security over growth join this company because they don't have any selling point apart from job security.
Company don't bother about attrition and the company which doesn't bother about it is not employe centric. They should hire managers from top B schools or MNCs only who understand MNC culture cause current managers, PM came from lala companies have zero leadership skills and only knows micromanagement and focus on controlling.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.
Performance Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. It was going well with HCL but the way HCL people behaved with me many times especially during the last days of my time with HCL just to ruin my career is a worst experience which I have faced during my whole tenure. Highly political and toxic work environment with biased bosses. No proper escalation channels for HR people - even I am in the HR, still we don’t have anywhere to go ! No work life balance. Salary hike won't happen properly . Even if they give it will be less than 4% and can't expect when you will get a hike. Sometimes it take years together to get a hike..All depends on in which LOB you work for and which project is it long term or profit margin etc..will come to picture.so getting a hike has got multiple parameters. If all parameters fall in place you get a max 4%-5%.
