There are very few and supporting leaders in the company.

No work life balance. No proper estimation and unrealistic targets which in turn affect the employees working timings without any allowance. We are forced to work in weekends to meet the target. Only 3% hike when the company can sponsor for cricket. HR doesn't support employees but rather support the leadership. Recruitment team is worst and not mapping resources correctly. Claim process is very slow. You can not expect work life balance and they expect us to work 365 days. No holiday

Company don't bother about attrition and the company which doesn't bother about it is not employe centric. They should hire managers from top B schools or MNCs only who understand MNC culture cause current managers, PM came from lala companies have zero leadership skills and only knows micromanagement and focus on controlling.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

Performance Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. You will chances to learn new or latest technologies. Able learn process and procedures to handle new clients or Bidding projects etc.

Salary hike won't happen properly . Even if they give it will be less than 4% and can't expect when you will get a hike. Sometimes it take years together to get a hike..All depends on in which LOB you work for and which project is it long term or profit margin etc..will come to picture.so getting a hike has got multiple parameters. If all parameters fall in place you get a max 4%-5%.

If you are on bench more than 2 months HR call you to put resignation forcefully. You are not able to get appraisal as per your expectations.

The senior manager should keep skip level meeting to juniors. Also the manager should verify the OT payments. There are few managers like Suresh Khanna who literally loot project budget money and give to girls like OT. Also this guy doesn’t have professional behaviour. He used to speak bad words in front of girls sitting in client location

Nothing as such, no projects in the name of supercharging in progress only managers will get promotion, other designation need to do exact job. That too client with no cab facility 😱

Everything is dislike location,client location. No one bothers about you and your skills, health, families etc better not to go. Don't join engineers, it's already outdated with very old people who doesn't encourage and make you feel you are employee. Don't take wrong decision in this AI era find best work place and work not company.

Worst management. Small and easy things take a lot of time to get completed by the senior management (Sarkari Babu's). You cannot reach higher management and keep your point.
