Recruitment team is worst and not mapping resources correctly. Claim process is very slow. You can not expect work life balance and they expect us to work 365 days. No holiday

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

Company don't bother about attrition and the company which doesn't bother about it is not employe centric. They should hire managers from top B schools or MNCs only who understand MNC culture cause current managers, PM came from lala companies have zero leadership skills and only knows micromanagement and focus on controlling.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

Performance Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. It was going well with HCL but the way HCL people behaved with me many times especially during the last days of my time with HCL just to ruin my career is a worst experience which I have faced during my whole tenure. Pathetic experience in terms of working environment, people behavioral concerns etc. No support from anyone whether its your Seniors or HR or any other Team. In terms of policies and appraisals also its worst to work in HCL. I am very surprised to see that what kind of people especially Seniors we have in HCL who are highly responsible to destroy employee's career very effectively. Not a good company as manipulation of salary towards base salary against which no good retirement benefits i.e. pf, gratuity, leave encashment,etc.

Overall HCLTech is a good company considering company is having number of projects and job security. HCL is providing good environment for growth, learning with the medium of trainings and seminars. Good work-life balance :)

Job security is Zero 0 it may be in my process only and magers also very hard to understand and not professional as well. When you will try to report the issues to the HR then no hearing will be there for employee.

1. Only God knows about appraisal cycle and evaluation method 2. 100% u won't get variable pay though u got better rating 3. Montly pay have variable component, that too won't be payed 100% which means ur take home salary varies every quarter 4. Don't bother even u worked for HCL more than 10 years ,if u r in bench for 4 weeks ,HR team will block access and threnten u to submit resignation
