Overall Company policies are good and infrastructure facility also good as well.

Job security is Zero 0 it may be in my process only and magers also very hard to understand and not professional as well. When you will try to report the issues to the HR then no hearing will be there for employee.

You will not be allowed to avail the leave either planned or unplanned (This will be directly told by your HR in group meetings)

1. Only God knows about appraisal cycle and evaluation method 2. 100% u won't get variable pay though u got better rating 3. Montly pay have variable component, that too won't be payed 100% which means ur take home salary varies every quarter 4. Don't bother even u worked for HCL more than 10 years ,if u r in bench for 4 weeks ,HR team will block access and threnten u to submit resignation

Good Buildings, Lot of projects, Good food courts.

Dislikes

No bus facility, not good work culture, no work-life balance, worst senior management, very bad appraisal mechanism and which is not implemented or followed by management effectively, salary hikes are very less sometimes a big NO for it, No transparency in any process, policies are there just in documents nothing is favoured to employees and will be considered by HR team only when they need. Overall 8 negatives for 2 positives is the high-level ratio. As I could see the organization is not running in the way which was there 10 yrs back.
