Company has typical bureaucratic culture, employees are treated as labours, HR simply denies to help on any matter. Bench HR has very high attitude like they are loan lender and employees are borrowers... no professional environment from even Top till Bottom....Company's policies have been paralyzed since I think Vineet Nayar left the company...the soul of HCL has died. I would never want to work in the this company.........................No value for employees...Policies are changing everyday....there is no committment/ stability....Company transport to and fro has been barred for most of the people coming from far far away...HCL is now Worse than WIPRO.......Read More
