Work life balance is Bit ok

HCL HR ppl are very worst and so the management guys.. "Managers" had worst guy as my Reporting Manager. Who is unfit to be in that position, his name is "Shivaraj parameshwar". The worst project is ANZ.

Changing domain a good idea?

I've got 5+ yrs of presales experience in Financial Services domain. Building more domain experience thru courses too. Working in latest tech - Cloud, GenAI etc. Got an offer in telecom, manufacturing - same presales role though with a decent hike. Also would be working in these techs only because this is the market now. Would changing the domain be a good idea now?
